Greenlake Wellness Group Bio: Julia Jenkins
I am deeply devoted to supporting clients in seeking health and peace within their mind, body, soul, and relationships. My background is in psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy and I have training in a systems approach to working with depression, anxiety, and multiple addictions. I founded Greenlake Wellness Group with the vision of creating a space in which clients can feel supported through their journey of growth and healing.
Bringing your personal narrative into the therapeutic setting is a vehicle for self-discovery. This approach provides insight into the deeper dynamics of life experience, and the potentially dysfunctional processes that may keep us stuck in old patterns.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT). I am trained in attachment-focused EMDR and I specialize in the repair of relationship injuries, as well as the treatment of trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, and addiction. I facilitate groups for betrayed partners and provide therapy for adults and couples.
I also facilitate a new Recovery Group on Tuesdays for Pornography & Sex Addiction. Follow below to learn more about this group:
I received my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and completed my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a certified sex addiction therapist (CSAT).
