Some therapists at Greenlake Wellness Group accept Premera of Washington.   Please see our Insurance & Fees page for the specific networks they accept.

If a clinician does not accept Premera, they are considered “out of network.”

They are able to provide a “Superbill” which can be submitted to an insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement. You are also welcome to use a Health Savings Account (HSA) if you have one.  Contact your insurance today to see what your “out of network” benefits are.  Generally, it will look like you being reimbursed for a percentage of what you pay for a session.

Each clinician has their own fee schedule that they have chosen.  Please contact rachel@greenlakewellness.com to find out more about fees for specific therapists.  

If the clinician accepts Premera insurance, the cost will be significantly lower.

Absolutely.  In fact, because of current health precautions, most therapists are meeting only online via secure telehealth options.  Some clinicians are beginning to see some patients on a case by case basis.

Finding a good fit for a therapist is essential to making the most of your experience in therapy. Generally, our clientele are teens (14 & up), adolescents, and adults as both individuals and couples. We are LGBTQIA friendly and happy to work with people of all backgrounds who desire growth and change through therapy.

We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the start time, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of your appointment. Similarly, no-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled session.
