My Work
As a clinical social worker, my therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I specialize in providing a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. I believe in the inherent strength of each individual and work diligently to empower my clients to discover their own paths towards healing and growth. I also believe that therapy can be a place where couples and individuals can laugh and leave feeling lighter.
In my work with adults, teens, couples, families, I believe in affirming all genders and identities as well as all definitions of family. I am kink-affirming, sex positive and comfortable with different styles of polyamory and ethical non monogamy. Therapy can be a place where families of all configurations can improve their communication and their lives.
My Belief
My belief is therapy is a collaborative partnership between myself and my clients. Together, we will explore your goals, identify strengths, and address barriers to your well-being. My aim is to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust and mutual respect, where you feel heard, understood, and supported throughout your journey.
My Background
My Self
Therapy can be really uncomfortable at first and it is my mission to create a space where people can feel safe. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community I have personally experienced how hard it can be to feel like you are being stereotyped by an identity and I work as hard as possible to let clients be the expert in their own story and to inform me about who they are rather than making assumptions.
