Free consultations are not part of our clinical framework, as a brief conversation isn’t enough to truly assess clinical fit. Our therapists are highly trained professionals, and meaningful therapy requires more than a quick introduction—it unfolds over time as trust builds and patterns emerge.
To ensure the best experience, we encourage clients to begin with a full intake session. We recommend committing to 3–5 sessions before determining fit, as true therapeutic work goes beyond a personality match. If, after that time, you feel another approach would serve you better, we are happy to help you transition to a different therapist.
