Our Approach to Therapist Matching

We don’t offer free consultations because a brief conversation isn’t enough to assess clinical fit. Meaningful therapy takes time to build trust and understand your needs.

We recommend starting with a full intake session and committing to 3–5 sessions to assess fit. If it’s not the right match after that, we’ll help you transition to a different therapist.

If you have questions before scheduling, our team is happy to assist. Let us know when you're ready to book!

Couples counseling is self-pay only, regardless of your insurance coverage.

We are ONLY in network with Premera, Lifewise and certain out of state BCBS networks (not Regence). We are NOT in-network and cannot bill any other insurance plans. Any other insurance members are required to pay out of pocket for our services. Superbills for out of network plans are provided for any potential reimbursement benefits you might have.

Please note, that at this time all of our couples counselors see clients online and evening availaility is very hard to come by.

Availability not guaranteed.The more flexible you can be, the better! We have availability Monday–Friday and some online sessions on Sundays. Please share your first choice of days and times, along with a second option. If your preferred times and location don’t line up with what's available, we’ll work with you to find an in-person or alternative online time that works for everyone.
